At Smurph’s, we are committed to ensuring your order is delivered safely, securely, and in compliance with all applicable laws. Please review our updated Shipping Policy carefully, especially if your order includes products containing 7-hydroxymitragynine or other kratom-derived compounds.

 
1. Shipping Restrictions

Due to local and state regulations, we do not ship any kratom or kratom-derived products, including 7-hydroxymitragynine, to the following U.S. locations:

  • Alabama

  • Arkansas

  • Indiana

  • Rhode Island

  • Vermont

  • Wisconsin

  • Sarasota County, FL

  • San Diego, CA

  • Oceanside, CA

  • Denver, CO

  • Jerseyville, IL

  • Union County, MS

We also do not ship kratom products internationally.

It is your responsibility to know and comply with your local laws. Orders placed from restricted locations will be canceled and refunded.

 
2. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any kratom-related product from our site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

 
3. Processing Times
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that we may delay or cancel orders if verification is needed for age, identity, or shipping compliance.

 
4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on destination and selected shipping speed.

 
5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

 
6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect address information

Please double-check your information before completing your purchase.

 
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact the shipping carrier first to report the issue.

  • Then email us at Admin@7smurphs.com with your order number and details.

  • We may require a police report, photo documentation, or sworn affidavit before reshipment or refund.

 
8. No International Shipping

We do not ship outside the United States.
