Refund & Returns

At Smurph’s, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of the products we sell—including 7-hydroxymitragynine and other kratom-derived compounds—we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to maintain compliance and ensure product integrity.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 
1. All Sales Are Final

Due to health, safety, and regulatory concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any consumable products, including but not limited to:

  • Kratom powder or capsules

  • Extracts (including 7-hydroxymitragynine)

  • Any opened or tamper-evident packaging

Once your order has been shipped, it is considered final.

 
2. Order Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping.

  • If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at Admin@7smurphs.com or (949) 755-7327.

  • We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been packed or shipped.

 
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

To report an issue:

  • Email Admin@7smurphs.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We may ask for the return of the damaged or incorrect item before issuing a refund or reshipment.

We reserve the right to deny claims submitted after 3 days or without adequate documentation.

 
4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Smurph’s is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received

  • Lost or stolen packages due to insecure delivery locations

If your package is missing:

  • Contact the carrier to file a claim

  • Then notify us with your order number and tracking details

We will work with you in good faith to resolve issues, but reshipments are not guaranteed in such cases.

 
5. Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Canceled order prior to shipping

  • Damaged or defective products (with proof)

  • Incorrect items received (with proof)

 
6. No Returns on Restricted Products

Due to local laws and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of kratom-related products under any circumstance—even if unopened—once they have been shipped.
